All-Natural Hangover Cure?

Nobody likes a hangover. Some of the traditional hangover helpers include Bloody Mary's and greasy food -- none of which are very healthy. So what's the all-natural hangover helper that even TIME magazine recently profiled? Any guesses?

TIME calls coconut water "nature's sweet, low-cal hangover relief."

Next to Kombucha, coconut water is one of my favorite post-yoga drinks. (I don't really get hangovers too much anymore.) And I'm not alone -- Madonna is such a fan of the drink that she invested in VitaCoco, one of the leading brands.
