Chocolate-Orange Morning Smoothie Recipe

I’m always on the quest for an easy, nutritious and—dare I say—exciting breakfast. The joy of smoothies is the endless possibility and how delectable they can be, while still having plenty of heath benefits. 

This smoothie stays low glycemic thanks to the berries, packs a punch with Omega 3-6-9, provides protein with the peanut butter and powder and gives you a good bout of hydration with the coconut water.


  • 1 T Barlean’s Orange Omega Swirl
  • 1 scoop Garden of Life Raw Protein in Chocolate
  • 11.2 ZICO Coconut Water
  • 1 T organic peanut butter
  • 5 or so frozen strawberries

Place all ingredients into blender until smooth.
