This smoothie stays low glycemic thanks to the berries, packs a punch with Omega 3-6-9, provides protein with the peanut butter and powder and gives you a good bout of hydration with the coconut water.
- 1 T Barlean’s Orange Omega Swirl
- 1 scoop Garden of Life Raw Protein in Chocolate
- 11.2 ZICO Coconut Water
- 1 T organic peanut butter
- 5 or so frozen strawberries
Place all ingredients into blender until smooth.
