Kate Upton's Diet For Sound Mind & Body: NO Processed Foods & Lots Of Veggies

Promoting a positive body image and avoiding processed foods are two things we think are hugely important here at MBG.

Suffice to say, we love that Kate Upton previously said that she won't starve to be thin, and that she also focused on eating 'clean' while preparing her mind and body for her subzero photo shoot in Antarctica.

Trainer David Kirsh tells Refinery29 about her diet for a sound mind and body:

“When we started training in the summer and getting her into my mindset and philosophy of sound mind, sound body — eating clean protein, lots of salads and greens, and avoiding everything processed.”

It's nice to see a model focusing on both the mind and body!
