Megan Fox On Ditching Dairy
"I'm not eating dairy, that's my biggest secret. It's really hard on your hormones and it's not good. If you want to gain weight, eat dairy. If you don't, don't eat it.''
This actually isn't much of a surprise as just last year Megan said she ate mostly raw and vegan and avoided dairy:
"I eat five times a day and don't diet, but I do eat healthily - mostly raw and vegan food with no dairy. It's not always possible with travel and filming, but I do try. I also take supplements like silica and fish oil religiously."
