Your Thoughts Are Creating Your Life: 3 Ways to Create What YOU Want!

When was the last time you stopped what you were doing and used your imagination? I'm pretty sure that most people would say not since they were a kid.

As children, we're told to stop imagining things, we're socially programmed in school to think in rigid ways, without using imagination. We are programmed by our families, our culture, our school, our government and what we watch on TV. We're taught to fit in, study hard, obey rules and authority.

Never along the way did someone keep saying focus on your least not to me! 

I shut down my imagination, thinking it was just something for children. I became closed off to what I wanted and got to a point where if you'd asked me what I wanted, I would have looked at you like you were crazy.

I had no idea.

I thought I had to work really hard at a job I hated and wait it out and maybe someday I'd get to do what I wanted, but probably not until I was retired, because that is what people told me.

Luckily I met an amazing woman who showed me the power of my imagination and awoke all those sleeping dreams inside of me.

I hope to do the same for others.

I am asking you to imagine again. To use that childlike part of you that dreams and visualizes things.

The subconscious mind does not know the difference between a real or an IMAGINED EVENT! 

I can't stress that enough!

So if our minds think that what we imagine is real, we might as well be using that bit of knowledge to our advantage!

This is how the Law of Attraction works. This is how what we think becomes our reality!

So if you're thinking about not having enough money, not having the love of your life, not having friends, not having the right job, etc. so shall your life be.

IF you can begin to imagine your life as you would like it to be and begin to assume the feeling that it's already that begin to change your life!

This is not some woo woo crazy, hippie talk....

I have seen this work in my own life and in the life of my clients. It is physics. It is a law.


If you change your thoughts, you change your life.

And yes, it really can be that simple. You have to start taking ownership for the way your life is right now, because you created it up to this point. Maybe unconsciously, but now we know how to change.

Now we know how to make different choices. Now we know how to create the life we want. Helping people create the life they want is something I am very passionate about and is the work I do with my clients in my life coaching sessions.

Knowing you created your life up to this point and taking ownership for that is the first step in the process. The next step is learning that you create each day and then learning how to make tomorrow work for you!

It takes determination and courage, but the outcome is worth it. Just as an artist paints on a blank canvas and creates a beautiful work of art, so can you create your life and paint the picture that you wish to see.

You must believe that you can do this, you have to step into that magnificent part of yourself that has no doubt, fear or worry and say YES!

You must stop allowing yourself to be swallowed up by the negative things, places, people and thoughts around you. You must take action and create your life through your thoughts and desires!

3 steps to manifesting your best life...

1. Use your IMAGINATION to visualize the life you want to create!

Assume the feeling of what that life feels like. Putting the feeling in your body and experiencing the joy that it brings you is vital for this process.

Just FEEL it!

2. ACT AS IF it has already happened. 

Thank the universe for it, even if in reality what you want is not here yet. Thank the universe anyway. If you are wanting your life partner in your life (but he/she is not here yet) every night when you go to sleep say goodnight to that person and imagine them holding you.

3. Do whatever you need to do to act as if it is already happening.

To quote Abraham Hicks, “You can return now to what feels right with an adjustment of your thought process and an adjustment of your vibration and a changing of your point of attraction and a finally letting in of the Well-Being that is flowing to you always.”
