If you're new to yoga, a Hatha class might be the way to go.
Hatha classes are slow-paced — which is ideal for beginners — but all levels of yogis can benefit from a Hatha practice.
There will most likely be a lot of breath work (i.e. pranayama), as well as an introduction to a variety of poses, and slow and gentle movements. Hatha can also help you wind down in the evening after a long day of work.
