Jillian Michaels New Cookbook: Master Your Metabolism

Jillian Michaels of the hit-show The Biggest Loser has just released a new cookbook, Master Your Metabolism, which has a wellness and veggie focus.

The book has three themes: Remove, Restore, and Rebalance -- each theme focused on the foods you eat and in what order you eat them so you can lose weight efficiently.

There's a whole chapter on vegetarian dishes and Jillian lists her Top 10 foods, which features nuts, fruits, whole grains, organic dairy and vegetables.

Did you know that Jillian is a pescatarian and only eats sustainable seafood? I didn't.
