Tiger Woods Back to Meditation Practice

In a pre-Masters tourney press conference the other day, Tiger spoke about his morals and Buddhist roots -- and said that he's back to meditating. He said that therapy has forced him to see "how far astray from the core morals my mom and dad taught me" he had traveled.

Tiger has now resumed daily meditation, "the roots of Buddhism" as his mom taught him. Woods said he has been meditating "religiously... I need to do these things the way I used to do it, and unfortunately, I got away from that... and lost my life in the process."

Establishing a regular meditation practice can drastically improve your health, and so can choosing the right foods. Ready to learn more about the power of food? Register now for our FREE Functional Nutrition Webinar with Kelly LeVeque.
