Where is My Milk From?

Where is my milk from? Yes, that's the name of a new website that answers that very question.

Whether you just saw Food, Inc., or read one of Michael Pollan's books, more and more people are interested in where their food comes from -- and whereismymilkfrom.com takes care of the milk part of this question.

The site discovers if the cows that produced the milk were grass-fed or grain-fed, and if it was produced locally or not. All you need to do is type in the code from your milk carton to find out where it's from!

In addition to milk, it also works with:

  • Yogurt
  • Chocolate milk
  • Soy milk and Organic milk
  • Coffee creamer
  • Cottage cheese
  • Some ice cream
