Chelsea Handler graced the cover of Shape Magazine and here's a sneak peek into her diet (including her breakfast and lunch) and her love for Pilates:
Chelsea Eats - Fresh wholesome foods.
Avoids - Anything processed.
Breakfast - Typically a bowl of oatmeal mixed with a scoop of protein powder and a spoonful of ground flax seeds.
Mid-morning Snack - Turkey and an arugula salad with shaved Parmesan with no dressing
Lunch - Usually has sushi.
On Pilates - "I was a fitness fiasco—until I found Pilates...It's been the most gentle on my body...I'm longer and leaner and much more graceful. I can honestly say it's changed my body-and my life."
