Kelly Osbourne looked so incredible as she attended New York Fashion Week. How did she pull off this transformational change the healthy way? Kelly says:
I’ve almost lost a full stone already, I’m so excited! By the end of it I’ll be a lean, mean machine. It’s so amazing, I’ve tried so many stupid fad diets to try to lose weight, when all I needed to do was start dancing. My whole life has changed so much since Dancing With The Stars. I’ve never felt so healthy. Pilates is amazing, my posture is so much better and I’m even starting to get muscles on my tummy – it’s incredible. I’ve become totally obsessed with Pilates, everyone should try it.
