Michigan Basketball Team Meditates to Get Mind Right

How does the Michigan basketball team get prepared mentally for games? Meditation!

The Detroit Free-Press reports about the Michigan Mens Basketball team's meditation practice. Coach John Beilein says:

"We do it all through the year. We teach them all through the year how to relax. A lot of athletes use it. It's important if they're going to see themselves in positive outcomes."

Beilein says meditation works for him personally and hope it will rub off on his team:

"There's a lot of ways you meditate. You meditate through prayer, you meditate through simple meditation where it can be very helpful."
