Victoria's Secret Supermodel Stress-Buster: PB&J + Yoga
There's been a bit of controversy surrounding some of the Victoria's Secret supermodels after Adriana Lima described some of the diet methods that took place before the big Victoria's Secret fashion show. But it's important to realize that not all models embrace extreme dieting -- as some resort to more zen-like methods to keep in shape (and deal with stress), like organic-eating, meditating, yogis Gisele Bundchen and Miranda Kerr.

When asked about how she prepped for the big Victoria's Secret runway show, Lindsay told Modelina:
"Last year I was kind of stressed so this year I came prepared. I brought my own peanut butter and jelly sandwich because it’s something that really calms me down. I also have homeopathic stress reliever drops that I’ve used a few times as well as some yoga breathing."
