Gisele's Mindful Way of Reducing Meat Intake (And Getting Her Son Hooked on Veggies)

31-year-old supermodel, yogi, organic skin care entrepreneur, and eco-superhero, Gisele Bundchen, has taken a mindful approach to dramatically reducing her meat intake -- blessing the meat before she eats it.

Gisele grew up in the meat-obsessed culture of Brazil, so cutting out meat has been a work in process for her. She tells British Vogue that although she loves steak, she also loves animals and is trying to reduce her meat intake -- limiting herself to 'red meat once every two weeks.' She prays before she eats meat, saying:
