Ellen DeGeneres: Meditation Helps Me Shut Down & Feel Good

Ellen DeGeneres is not only one of the most successful women in Hollywood, but she's also a yogi, vegan, and meditator. She recently sat down with Anne Curry of The Today Show where she talked about happiness, religion, and her meditation practice.

When asked 'why' she meditates, Ellen responded:

"Because it feels good. Kinda like when you have to shut your computer down, just sometimes when it goes crazy, you just shut it down and when you turn it on, it’s OK again. That’s what meditation is for me."
