Coffee Cuts Depression Risk in Women
Many of us have coffee to start off our day, and now a new study suggests that coffee might fight depression in women.
MSNBC reports that women who drank three cups of coffee a day were 15 percent less likely to experience depression over a 10-year period, compared to women who drank one cup of coffee a day or less per week.
And women who drank four or more cups per day were 20 percent less likely to develop depression!
The study included more than 50,000 women in the United States and is the largest such study to date.
