Jenny McCarthy turns 39 in November, and the mom, autism activist, and MindBodyGreen fan, looks better than ever. What's her secret? Yoga!
She's been hitting the mat for a while, and even turned Jim Carrey on to yoga, which helped him lose 50 pounds. Once Jenny hit 35, her body changed and yoga became more of a focus:
"I didn’t have to work out before 35 but now I have to so it’s treadmill, Bikram yoga, watching what I eat and of course great sex. Lots of great sex!"
How long does she practice? 90 minutes every day! Namaste to that!
