Mick Jagger at 68: Yoga, Smoothies & Avocados

Mick Jagger turned 68 a few weeks ago and his biggest vice these days might be his addiction to avocados, according to The Daily Mail, which reports on Jagger's full wellness regimen.

When asked about aging, Jagger said, ‘I think I’ve been lucky with my genes, but I carefully look after my body and mind.’

Jagger's fitness routine:

In addition to running, swimming, and weight training, Mick takes ballet lessons, Pilates, and yes -- he also hits the yoga mat!

Jagger on meditation:

Mick meditates every morning and says, 'It’s too debilitating to drink a lot, so I use other relaxation techniques... I sit on my own, calm down, take stock.’

Jagger eats organic, loves avocados and smoothies:

Jagger is a 'devotee of organic produce' and is an 'avocado addict' because of their 'regenerative qualities.' His girlfriend L'Wren Scott turned him on to 'superjuice smoothies' which he has every day. The smoothies include 'Vitamins A, C, D and E jostle for space with B complexes, cod liver oil, ginseng and ginkgo biloba.'
