Victoria Beckham Does Yoga to Lose Baby Weight

Victoria Beckham, now 37, gave birth to her daughter, Harper (her fourth child!), four weeks ago, and is already planning to shed her baby weight in time for New York Fashion Week on September 8th.

So how does she plan on doing so?

You guessed it - yoga!

Gather.com reports that Victoria will be using Mandy Ingber's 'Yogalosophy' (a favorite of Jennifer Aniston), to get back in shape. They're big fans of Victoria's yoga plan and say:

'It's great to see a celebrity losing weight in a way which doesn't include starving the body - healthy eating and exercise are the way to go, and yoga is a great way to keep yourself flexible and moving well.'
