Breathe, Sit, Walk, Rest with Cyndi Lee

  • breathing exercises to help you arrive on your cushion and find balance
  • simple stretching to open hips, loosen backs, relax shoulders and necks
  • meditation instruction & helpful, inspiring tips for those who already have a meditation practice
  • 20 minutes sitting meditation
  • 10 minutes walking meditation
  • 20 minutes sitting meditation
  • a delicious restorative yoga pose....ahhhh
