The secret is out. Healing crystals are reaching the masses and helping people of all backgrounds set intentions, tune in to the Universe, and focus on attracting what they want from life. Look, if Adele and Victoria Beckham use them on the regular, I'm down with trying them out!

Knowing how crystals can help attract all sorts of abundance and good energy is one thing, but understanding how to actually incorporate them into your routine is another. I don't know about you, but carrying a 10-pound hunk of amethyst with me every day isn't exactly feasible.

So, to help you out, here are a few ways you can introduce crystals into your life and get the good ju-ju flowing:

1. Wear them.

Like so many things in life, it's not always the size of the crystal trinket that counts. Keeping small crystals close by wearing them is one of the easiest ways to welcome love, money, calm (whatever you want, really, depending on the crystal you choose!). Doing so also acts as a constant reminder of what you want to attract. There are endless options for earrings, pendants, and cute bracelets. I'm not much of a jewelry wearer myself, so my personal fave is to use crystal hair ties or even hide them in my bra.

2. Display them in your home.

Aside from attracting all sorts of positive energy, crystals also act as nature's art. Use them throughout your space to raise good vibes and create a place of beauty. If you really want to supercharge their effects, you can decide their placement using a few feng shui techniques.

Looking to attract love? Try placing a piece of rose quartz or rhodonite in the far-right corner of your home (farthest from the front door). If you're looking for more passion, keeping a piece in your bedroom will help steam things up. Maybe you're after wealth and prosperity. For that you'll want to place a crystal such as citrine in a room's money corner—the far-left corner farthest from the front door.

3. Meditate with crystals.

Another great way to incorporate crystals into your life is to use them in meditation. You can program your rock and use it to channel your intentions. Sitting comfortably, with your back gently supported, hold the crystal in the palm of your hand. Shut your eyes and focus on your breath. In and out, in and out.

If thoughts come flitting through, don't worry about it. Just gently pull yourself back to focusing on your breath. In and out. Then, once you get going, breathe in and focus on your crystal's intention. Perhaps you're using clear quartz, a brilliant crystal that promotes good health. In that case, try "I'm ready to attract a healthy mind and body, and let go of stress and tension." Breathe out. Repeat.

So there you have it, three easy ways to actually use crystals in your day to day life. Try them out and see what works for you!
