Martha Stewart Embracing Wellness in 2010: Yoga with Trudie Styler?

Last Monday (1/4/2010) Martha Stewart had detox guru and MBG friend, Dr Junger on her show as a guest. Then on Friday she tried yoga with Trudie Styler (also known as Mrs. Sting). Styler has been practicing yoga for years, and even put out a yoga DVD earlier this year.

The audience was filled with 50+ yogis as Trudie and Martha hit the mat and went through an overview of three different types of yoga: ashtanga, iyengar, and vinyasa.
