Jennifer Aniston: I Love Yoga, Good for the Spirit

Jennifer Aniston is a big fan of hitting the mat as she credits yoga for her "hotness." But she also credits yoga with maintaining her spiritual balance.

When asked about maintaining her incredible figure for the new film Horrible Bosses, the 42-year-old actress tells MSN:

"I do yoga, yoga is very important. I love it. If I'm not doing it, then my spirit sort of goes. I try to do some form of exercise, even if it''s just for 20 minute a day, so that I get my body sweating and blood pumping."
