Kate Winslet, at age 34, looks stunning. How does she do it? What's her diet and fitness routine? One word: Pilates. According to Times Online in the UK, her current slim figure can be attributed to "daily home workout DVDs and 20-minute Pilates sessions."
What about diet? When she lost over 50lbs after giving birth nine years ago, she avoided "processed food, alcohol, tea and coffee and consumed lots of jacket potatoes."
Regardless, whatever Kate is doing, British women seem to like what they see as 16% reportedly aspire to have the "curvy shape" and shapely shoulders of Kate Winslet. (Shapely shoulders is another benefit of Pilates).
