Dr. Aseem Malhotra is a London-based cardiologist, founding member of the Public Health Collaboration, and an adviser to the National Obesity Forum. A leading voice in the prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of heart disease, he has dedicated his life to showing people how to achieve true health—not just the kind that comes out of a bottle.

According to Dr. Malhotra, saturated fats can be a part of a well-balanced diet, as long as they're paired with plenty of vegetables, nuts, and protein.
