Jane Seymour: Meditation Calms the Body and Mind

At age 60, actress Jane Seymour looks better than ever. So how does the former Bond Girl (she was in 1973's Live and Let Die) stay young?

Well, as far as working out goes, she says not a fan of putting herself through the ringer at the gym and instead opts for a "bit of stretching and crunches" in the morning.

What else does Jane like to do?


Jane says she likes meditating "because it calms the body and the mind."

She adds that she likes her wrinkles and won't be going under the knife: "I think that even today, when I’m 60, my wrinkles show who I am and that’s what people like. I am an actress and it is extremely important that all the face lines can move."
