How can anyone be angry when holding a cone with three scoops (OK, I'm greedy) on top? Ice cream is too lighthearted a foodstuff to be anything other than in a downright deliriously happy mood when eating, and it's worth making yourself, for three important reasons. The first is that, as yet, even the healthiest markets' offering doesn't come fresh from the creamery. Secondly, and perhaps more importantly, people tend to be really, really impressed when you serve homemade ice cream. Thirdly, the esoteric flavor combination detailed below is the stuff dreams are made of. Seriously.

This high-vibrational Nice Cream is the brainchild of Kai Williams and the ever-glowing Kerrilynn Pamer and Cindy DiPrima, co-owners of CAP Beauty, possibly the chicest, high-integrity, and highly curated beauty shop this side of the ocean. "As the days get warmer and the sun gets brighter, we can't get enough ice cream. With a few kitchen staples we devised a unique plant-based ice cream recipe to indulge your creative side and satisfy any sweet tooth. Filled with skin nourishing plant fats, antioxidants, and minerals this Nice Cream is our version of perfect," says Kerrilynn.

Think of high-vibrational ice cream as the food equivalent of gemstones and crystals. Everything in this recipe has properties that work to balance the body's needs, which in turn, help to target all kinds of skin woes and physical niggles. Sometimes it's worth pushing the experimental boat out — fetch all your bowls and spoons (you'll need them) and get ready to shine. And eat!
