Smile more today. That's it. Maybe it's a little bit of effort because you feel like crap, but give it a try because smiling can actually change your emotional state. Smiling can be infectious as those who smile at other tend to get smiles back (and who doesn't like receiving smiles?). Not sold yet? Smiling is actually good exercise for your face and can help the battle against those frown lines. :-)
