It's Sunday. Some people go to church or temple, others meditate, some practice yoga or go to the gym. Church, temple, meditation, and yoga are just a few of the many ways people practice spirituality. Regardless of your practice (or non-practice), many agree that being grateful for the things you have is the cornerstone of happiness. So today, come up with a list of five things for which you are grateful.
Here are mine: I'm grateful for my health, my loving and supportive wife and family, my loyal friends, my great business partners and friends in MindBodyGreen, Tim and Carver, and our great community of users!
