Summer Beauty Tea

Hibiscus tea can help relieve high blood pressure and high cholesterol, as well as digestive, immune system, and inflammatory problems. It can also speed up the metabolism and encourage healthy, gradual weight loss.

Ingredients

  • 2 tsps dried hibiscus tea leaves
  • 2-3 pieces of ginger
  • 1 tsp Honey
  • Lemon for garnish

  • 3-4 srigs of sage

2. Add 2-3 sprigs of rosemary and sage to the tea catcher.

3. Place boiled water in a pitcher and drop in the tea catcher.

4. Add a cinnamon stick to the pitcher and freeze for 15 minutes.
