A 10-Minute Wine Bottle Workout You Can Do At Home
If you think you can’t exercise at home because you don’t have weights, think again. Take a look in your pantry, pick a bottle, and start lifting.
I recommend using a full, unopened wine bottle. It may start out feeling light, but pretty soon after a few sets, it gets mighty heavy! It also gives you—and anyone watching—a good laugh and reminds us that exercise can actually be fun. (No vino? A filled, reusable water bottle with the cap on tight can work, too.)
