31 Days of Wellness, Day 12: Work on Your Chakras

If you're going to be a mind/body wellness pro in 2010, you might want to work on your Chakras. These 7 energy centers are a big focus of yoga, acupuncture, and massage, and are key in understanding our ailments, illnesses, and dealing with them. (I can vouch personally on this one. Over a year ago, I had two extruded discs in my back and could barely walk. But after spending some time working on my Root Chakra I have no pain at all).
