Robbie Williams Turns to Yoga & Meditation to Battle Nerves
For the past three months Robbie has been hitting the mat twice a week and has already seen the benefits. The Mirror reports:
"A pal suggested Bikram yoga to refocus his pent-up energy and handle stress more effectively. After a couple of sessions he was hooked -- and sweating like a wildebeest. While the others have stuck to the gym or pool, Robbie's been using meditation and yoga to help his stagefright and to keep him sane on tour."He believes meditation has helped, too: "Mentally, all I'm projecting is positive. All I can see is being healthy and happy, and an amazing show."
