I'm going to go out on a limb and guess that losing weight is probably something you'd like to do in 2010. After all, who doesn't want to look a little leaner? If you found an exercise you love on Day 3 and there's not an aerobic component, let's add one today. Just 30 minutes of brisk walking will do. (A 30 minute walk can burn 250 calories).
