31 Days of Wellness, Day 6: Drink 8 Glasses of Water

Drink more water. That's it. Some experts say to drink eight 8oz glasses of water each day. Water keeps you hydrated, it helps flush out toxins (especially those New Year's Eve toxins) and it is simply good for you.
