31 Days of Wellness, Day 3: Find an Exercise You Love
It's difficult for many of us to commit to something on a daily basis that we don't love -- so find something you love. In our interview with Lawson Harris, co-owner of NYC's The Fitness Guru, Lawson puts it bluntly:
"If you don't love it -- don't do it. Pick something you love: boxing, volleyball, dancing, yoga, fencing, something---anything you have a genuine interest in that makes you happy and when it's time to move on--go!"
So, find something you love!
