SA: AokiBootcamp! It's a CrossFit-style workout with mini-challenges all based around group workout scenarios.

Eveleigh in Los Angeles.

How do you stay healthy on the road?

I take a lot of protein bars when I need to snack and eat a balance of 60 percent protein, 30 percent carbs, and 30 percent fats ... at least, I attempt that every time I eat a meal.

How do you de-stress?

Meditation on the plane.

What's your favorite way to get some nature?

I live in Las Vegas and Red Rocks is a 30-minute drive with endless amount of hiking.

What does wellth mean to you?

Surround yourself with love and good people and put that same energy in your creative space.

Any advice for someone who's looking to follow their passion?

When you give as much time as you can to a project or hobby and it doesn't feel like work, that's the first step. Next is persistence and dedication. Don’t use it to make money and it will naturally become something bigger than you'd ever expect.
