How Portland Maine is Beating Childhood Obesity

On the heels of Jamie Oliver getting LA schools to drop flavored milk, there's news of another campaign that's winning the war against childhood obesity. It's really simple and it's working in Portland, Maine.

The Wall Street Journal reports on the "5-2-1-0 Campaign" which is incredibly simple:
Eat 5 servings of fruits and vegetables
Spend no more than 2 hours watching TV, ; playing video games or surfing the net
Get at least 1 hour of active play
Drink 0 sugar-sweetened beverages
