Lady Gaga's Favorite Life Lesson from Yoga

You probably know that Lady Gaga is a big fan of yoga, but do you know what one of her favorite life lessons from yoga is?

Positive affirmations.

Contact Music reports that she takes time to tell herself she's great every single day. She says she picked up the tip from her yoga instructor and doesn't miss a day. Gaga, says:

"She (yoga teacher) always says, 'Try every day to have, for 15 minutes, compassionate thoughts about yourself.' I've narrowed it down to five because 15 drives me mental. I try to do five (minutes) and it's helpful... Love who you are."

Sounds pretty good, right?
