We here at MBG definitely value our sleep, and we're not alone as Arianna Huffington spoke in detail about her commitment to sleep at Urban Zen last week. It looks like pro athletes are also pros when it comes to sleep. Check out this interesting infographic from zeology that's filled with fun facts like:

  • Sleep improves split-second decision making by 4.3%
  • Roger Federer and LeBron James both get 11-12 hours of sleep!
  • Tiger Woods only gets 4-5 hours of sleep (this might explain some things :)
