This time last year, Love brought a stack of papers detailing his summer workout plans to a season-ending exit meeting with Wolves boss David Kahn and coach Kurt Rambis. Each page detailed a week-by-week plan -- yoga, weightlifting, basketball -- designed to make him better.
I love that more basketball players are doing yoga. I definitely wish I had a practice back when I played.
