Try This Total-Body Workout From A World-Famous Boxer

 

Meet Keisher "Fire" McLeod, also known as The Boxing Diva. Fire is currently the WIBA World Champion, a four-time Golden Gloves Champion, and a two-time World Champion Amateur Boxer. We visited Fire at the world-famous boxing gym Gleason's Gym in Brooklyn. Here she shares a few moves for a total-body workout.

All you need is a jump rope, tennis ball, a bench or set of stairs, and light dumbbells (2 or 3 pounds). Complete these five exercises for three minutes each, with one minute of rest in between and you'll feel fit in no time!
