Juice & Nuts Are Go-to Snacks for Gwyneth Paltrow

Gwyneth Paltrow, 38-year-old mom of two, covers Self magazine and she's looking pretty darn good. When talking about her go-to snacks, Gwyneth tells Self:

"Raw almonds with raisins, or coconut water, or I'll make a juice with kale, lemon juice, water, Vitamix and a little agave. I try to avoid barbecue potato chips. They're my weakness."

We're big believers in eating a mostly plant-based diet with lots of whole foods and juice, so it's great to see a celebrity promoting what we think is a pretty darn good way to eat. I can relate to Gwyneth's weakness for chips as my weakness falls into the chip category as well.
