18 Exercises For A Toned, Fit Body

Though I love working out, jumping rope is definitely one of my all-time favorite exercises for a few key reasons:

  1. Jumping rope is a workout that you can do anytime, anywhere.
  2. Jumping rope can torch major calories.
  3. Jumping rope is one of the best low-impact, full-body workouts
  4. Jumping rope is a great go-to workout if you can't make it to the gym, or if you can't afford a gym membership
