Neve Campbell Digs Yoga & Philanthropy

Remember Neve Campbell from Party of Five and the Scream movies? Well, she's now 37 and not only looks good because of her yoga practice, but she also does good.

Neve tells Health magazine her stay-in-shape secrets:

Yoga, Pilates, and running. I mix it up so I don't get bored. I exercise at least five days a week. I love exercising. It's what my body and mind are used to.

When asked about what makes her happy, she answered:

Trying to do good in the world. I’ve been working with this orphanage in South Africa called Botshabelo, which is so inspiring.
