If I’m ever feeling upset, frustrated, or bored, I'm usually drawn to the fridge or pantry. I start looking for something to eat even if I’m not hungry.
I try to ask myself, what do I want the food to do for me? Often we want to transform how we're feeling by using food, but it can make us feel bad and guilty afterward. To find freedom from emotional eating, I use movement. Here are some moves you can do at your kitchen counter to make you feel strong, empowered, happy, and guilt-free.
