LA Lakers Playoff Prep - Meditation!

With Kareem Abdul-Jabbar's yoga practice and current head coach Phil Jackson's emphasis on meditation, one could say that the Los Angeles Lakers could be the most "mindbodygreen" team in NBA history.

It's April, which means the NBA regular season is winding down and teams are gearing up for the playoffs -- so how do the Lakers take it up a notch for the post-season?

Meditation!

Lakers forward Lamar Odom tells ESPN:

"This is the time of year where we become a little bit more intense and pick up the focus and do our meditation and look to be the best."

Though I'm a Knicks fan, I can't help but root for a team that meditates!
