Zoe Saldana's Diet and Workout

If you just saw Zoë Saldana walk the red carpet for her new blockbuster film, Avatar, you probably noticed she looked beautiful and incredibly fit. How does she do it?

Zoë recently shared some of her secrets with Women's Health Magazine. Here's the quick scoop:

Pilates: Zoë practices Pilates three times a week. She says, "It's the closest thing to dance." (Zoë started out in performance dance as a child).

Motivation: Just like many of us, Zoë needs a little motivation sometimes. "I get bored really easily. If I didn't have a trainer to push me, I'd go walk for about 15 minutes."

Diet: Zoë does not believe in depriving herself of the food she loves, occasionally falling off the healthy-eating wagon. "I love feeling in tune with my body and eating right. Sometimes I pig out on pasta, but that's OK. The next day, I just eat healthy."
