NBA Great Walt "Clyde" Frazier Does Yoga in Bed

More love for yoga for men (and yoga and basketball), but this time the yoga has moved off the mat and into the bed and it's hitting an older generation of men -- at age 65!

NBA hall-of-famer and current Knicks broadcaster, Walt "Clyde" Frazier, became famous for his quick hands and defense on the court, and his eccentric wardrobe choices off the court. Walt is beloved by an older generation of basketball fans (my dad included) and for many he epitomized 1970s New York cool.

So what does Walt Frazier do now before he goes to bed?

He tells New York Magazine he stays up to around midnight and does yoga in bed:

"Sometimes I’ll stay up later if I don’t have anything to do in the morning. I’ll stay up and do yoga, right in bed."

Namaste to that!
