Miranda Kerr: Her Blood Type Diet & Love for Coconut Oil

Miranda Kerr definitely embodies the mindbodygreen lifestyle as she's a big believer in yoga, eating an organic plant-based diet, and even has her own organic skin care line, Kora. Miranda shares some of her diet secrets and her favorite supplements on the Kora blog, which includes following a diet based on her blood type:

Miranda says she's suffered from low iron (Anemia) so she eats "a lot of sea vegetables, pumpkin seeds, nuts and iron rich vegetables."
